Diehl Road was unlike most stations on the Aurora branch as it was located on a section of the line with two tracks. Car 318 is at the station’s westbound platform during a fan trip in the 1950s. In later years, the railroad painted its stations to match its rolling stock, as seen here. A railfan on the eastbound platform has raised the flagstop semaphore.
